Writing a first draft without restrictions can be a helpful way to get past writer’s block. After all required information is on the page, you can go back and edit content to use shorter words, sentences and paragraphs. When appropriate, break out content into lists (like the list above). Through this process, you may end up cutting your content in half and improving the readability at the same time.
